Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we aim to deliver your order in 5-7 working days but we cannot guarantee an exact date (delivery dates are estimates). We will keep you updated with the process of your order and we will advise when it despatches and then, when you can expect it.
In most cases we are able to deliver within a week but each order is different. If you want a delivery estimate before you place an order, contact us.

Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post or standard parcel post to UK addresses only (please note that specific delivery instructions cannot be taken as Royal Mail do not accept such requests).
All items are delivered FREE when you spend over £40.00. We offer FREE delivery on local deliveries, or postal deliveries are £4.99.

Returns
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within 7 working days.

It is standard practice for us to offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If having received your order you are not satisfied with all or some of your items, you may return them to us for a full refund.
Any order can be cancelled in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) within 7 days of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the order has been dispatched the total carriage costs incurred will be passed on to you. These costs will include the carriage costs to deliver the item and its return cost to the store.
